These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DV Serve U LLC ("DV Serve U," "we," "us," or "our") website and your engagement of our mobile pressure washing, exterior cleaning, and roof rejuvenation services. By contacting us or booking service, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

DV Serve U provides mobile pressure washing, house washing, driveway and concrete cleaning, dumpster pad cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, gutter guard installation, and roof rejuvenation treatment to residential and commercial properties in our service area. Specific services, pricing, and availability are confirmed at the time of your estimate.

Estimates & Scheduling

• Estimates are based on the information provided at the time of your request and may be adjusted after an on-site inspection.
• Scheduling is subject to availability, weather, and site conditions.
• We'll do our best to arrive within the scheduled window; weather-related delays may require rescheduling.

Payment

Payment terms are provided at the time of your estimate. Payment is due upon completion of service unless another arrangement has been agreed to in writing.

Property Access & Conditions

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property and to disclose any known hazards, fragile surfaces, or conditions that could affect the service. DV Serve U is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions not disclosed prior to service.

Roof Rejuvenation Treatment

Roof rejuvenation is recommended based on an on-site inspection. Results and eligibility for any manufacturer warranty depend on the condition of the roof at the time of treatment and are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Communications & SMS

By providing your phone number, you agree that DV Serve U may contact you by call or text regarding your estimate, appointment, or service, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DV Serve U's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Cancellations

We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated late cancellations may be subject to a rescheduling fee, communicated in advance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
